Abstract: In this project we are trying to execute a novel process loop that can be used in bottle washer machine in Beverage industry. The tank would be used to store liquid. We have to compact with mainly three parameters (1) Flow (2) Pressure and (3) Level. They depend on each other. Different strategies can use to control process parameters like feed forward control, ratio control, cascade control etc. The aim is to maintain above listed variable by using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Different sensors will be needed to detect various values. A control valve is also connected with it. It works as final control element. Sensors and valves are connected to the PLC and work as input/output. They are controlled by a program. According to the program PLC generates different signals and valve gives controlling action. This way pressure, level and flow can control. An HMI (Human Machine Interface) will be used for parameters visualization.
