Today as the engineering has come to a long way almost all the industries in their most of the processes using the Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) system. Due to which the complexity of the systems have increased and hence it is difficult to control such type of process. The designing and development procedure of a MIMO (Multi Input Multi Output) control system are hence became a topic for studies and research. In this paper an attempt has been made to develop low cost setup for MIMO process considering level and temperature as an example case study. The proposed setup can be easily used to interface the MIMO with the LabVIEW. Also the paper summarizes the PID control strategies which have been validated considering respective MIMO system and also tested for the noise rejection. Dynamic analysis has been performed using classical PID.en_US
