This review project contains basic information related to bone tissue re-engineering process, its available options, methods of the same, future aspect and challenges of the same. The field of biomedical research is rapidly developing scaffolds for bone tissue engineering, which has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of bone injuries and abnormalities. These scaffolds are three-dimensional structures that resemble bone structure and support the growth of new tissue. Bone tissue engineering techniques show promising results in treating bone-related diseases such as Osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteosarcoma, and Osteomyelitis. The prevalence of these diseases is increasing, emphasizing the need for better treatment options. Improvements in scaffold preparation techniques have resulted in better recovery rates than traditional methods. Several products are available for this purpose, such as OSSGROW, BONALIVE, and BONETI. However, a marketed survey shows that patients are not sufficiently aware of these scaffold preparation methods, highlighting the need for improvement and awareness. New polymers and techniques have been developed, but further advancements are needed to improve scaffold preparation.en_US
