V (Internet of Vehicles), in which vehicles can communicate wirelessly and share information like traffic, road safety, location sharing, toll payment, road accident, etc., with each other wirelessly. The wireless future makes it more vulnerable. VANET (Vehicle ad-hoc network) is the core structure of this intelligent vehicle system. It includes reliable data transmission on a network, frequently changing topology, mobility of vehicles, and security of each component where vehicles can communicate securely and effectively. We need to ensure that the vehicles can communicate securely and effectively. In this, we talk about a framework that uses the secret key for encryption and decryption to achieve confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, authentication, etc. Using this, they can communicate securely. However, the existing framework has some security issues for which the security properties like nonce and multi-factor authentication need to consider. At last, we suggest that our framework is more secure and efficient for V2V communication. Also, Performance analysis shows the performance of the framework because sometimes vehicles are transmitted critical information like road accidents, traffic, environmental information, etc. Effective communication shows the effectiveness of the framework.en_US
