Abstract: | Fifth-generation (5G) is the evolution of 4G. 5G has risen as a communication channel to offer greater speed, lower latency, and widespread connectivity to diverse devices as information and communication technologies advance. Because of these developments, 5G is especially well-liked in the healthcare industry. 5G can be utilized in the healthcare industry for remote diagnosis and treatment, Internet of Medical Things, telemedicine, and telesurgery and it is a life savior. The advent of innovations and foremost characteristics in 5G has advantages but also creates new security challenges. This report provides a thorough study of a variety of threats to 5G security and privacy as well as available defenses. On the foundation of the associated security services, such as authentication, availability, data confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation, the most recent developments and current 5G wireless security schemes are provided. We have proposed a method to encrypt live streaming of the operation footage. Which will be helpful to protect patient’s surgery data |
