Antonio Gaudi's architectural legacy stands as a testament to innovation and creativity within the realm of modernist architecture. This thesis conducts a comparative analysis focusing on the evolution of Gaudi's design language as reflected in the facades and roofs of selected Casa structures. By examining notable examples such as, Casa Mila, Casa Vicens, and Palau Guell, this research traces the progression of Gaudi's architectural style from its early influences to its mature expression.

Through a combination of visual analysis, historical contextualization, and architectural theory, the study sheds light on the aesthetic and structural transformations evident in Gaudi's work over time. From the ornate and whimsical elements and sculptural forms of Casa Mila's rooftop, each Casa serves as a chapter in Gaudi's design narrative, revealing his evolving experimentation with form, function, and symbolism.
