Abstract: This research delves into the comprehensive characterization of Monoclonal Antibody 1 (mAb- 1) utilizing diverse analytical methodologies. Monoclonal antibodies represent a pivotal class of therapeutic proteins, and their accurate characterization is imperative for ensuring efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance. The study employs a spectrum of analytical techniques, including but not limited to chromatographic methods, mass spectrometry, spectroscopic analyses, and biophysical assays. The aim is to elucidate critical attributes such as structural integrity, post-translational modifications, and impurity profiles of mAb-1. The findings providea robust foundation for enhancing our understanding of mAb-1's molecular characteristics, facilitating quality control measures, and supporting the development and optimization ofmonoclonal antibody-based therapies. This multidimensional approach to characterization contributes valuable insights to the broader field of biopharmaceutical research and development.
