India's states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh are home to the Rathwa people, which is an indigenous population that is largely located there. A rich cultural heritage is reflected in their practices, paintings, language, and social organization. The Rathwa people are known for their art, especially the famous Pithora paintings, the bright colors and intricate patterns in these works often show mythological stories, gods, animals, and natural things. This study looks at the connection between Rathwa house layouts and the integration of Pithora paintings within these spaces, utilizing a combination of anthropological fieldwork, spatial analysis, and literature study. The study aims to understand the cultural, social, and symbolic significance associated with the elements of Rathwa culture by conducting interviews with Rathwa community members, directly observing house layouts, and analyzing Pithora artworks. The combination of Pithora painting and Rathwa house spatial characteristics provides valuable understanding of the overall cultural environment of indigenous groups and emphasizes the significance of preserving heritage and performing diverse research in the field of cultural studiesen_US
