Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) and Nanotechnology have emerged in modern medicine, offering hitherto unheard-of opportunities to increase the efficacy of treatments for a variety of diseases. The two primary ways that this integration will affect the development and use of pharmaceuticals in the field of oncology are through the advent of utilizing personalised medicine and improved drug delivery technology. Nanoformulation can enhance therapeutic effects while lowering systemic toxicity by aiding in the exact delivery of therapeutic drugs to particular tumour locations. AI simultaneously forecasts drug responses and utilizing treatment regimens according to each patient’s unique genetic profile by utilizing massive datasets. This paper explores the potential synergies between AI and nanoformulation in the fight against cancer and other disorders. It also looks at how new technologies might alter how prescription medications are administered and how precision medicine is used. It also highlights the inherent limitations and offers potential directions for future study to get over these barriers, making way for more focused and effective treatment modalities
