In the era of Industry 4.0, the demand for autonomous and intelligent systems in manufacturing processes has been increased, the innovative solutions for efficient material handling System. This report focuses on the development and analysis of a Manual Guided Vehicle (MGV) designed to operate in industry and workshop for transport the load for one place to another. The MGV is equipped with the sensors, and optimize its material handling tasks. The vehicle's study design contains a modular structure that allows for easy customisation to meet the needs of various industries. MGVs is control with the remote. The inclusion of a user-friendly manual operational flexibility, allowing human operators to intervene and manage the vehicle as needed.en_US
