Abstract: Automated Guided Vehicles are an important shift in industry. AGV can move cargo with efficiency. It can also improve productivity and reduce labour cost. AGV can identify different types of obstacles and can steer with help of different types of sensors. They can run on pre- planned routes with help of different sensors and programming. They effectively interact with warehouse management systems. They make inventory management efficient. AGVs are used in various industries like e-commerce, healthcare, and manufacturing. AGVs do not need manual inputs often which improve its installation and safety. AGVs transform supply chain management due to their precise movement and efficiency. AGVs reduce labour costs, increase productivity, and increase efficiency in repeated tasks and reduce errors in material handling industry, which transform material handling industry. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis is a powerful tool for optimizing and designing Li-ion batteries. It is crucial for increasing their performance, safety, and battery life. This report explores the application of CFD to analyze and improve thermal management, electrode design, and overall battery configuration. By simulating fluid flow, heat transfer, and electrochemical processes, CFD helps in achieving uniform temperature distribution, reducing hotspots, and preventing thermal runout.
