This study focuses on the application of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and the Last Planner System (LPS) for enhancing the efficiency of slab cycle processes in construction projects. The integration of these two methodologies aims to streamline workflows, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization, thereby improving overall project performance. Value Stream Mapping provides a comprehensive visual representation of the entire construction process, identifying value-adding activities and areas for improvement. Through this analysis, inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the slab cycle are identified and targeted for optimization. The Last Planner System complements VSM by establishing a collaborative planning and scheduling framework, empowering teams to collectively address constraints and uncertainties in Realtime. By implementing LPS principles such as pull planning, constraint management, and continuous improvement, the project team can enhance productivity, minimize delays, and ensure smoother execution of the slab cycle activities. This research contributes to the advancement of construction management practices by demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating VSM and LPS in optimizing slab cycle processes, ultimately leading to improved project outcomes in terms of cost and time.en_US
