Abstract: This report includes the project work conducted for the fulfilment of Major project. The research examines how stakeholders' views relate to the factors that impact Building Information Modeling (BIM) maturity in the Indian construction sector. This report includes various sections to help readers grasp the research topic more easily. This report comprises of several sections to facilitate a clear understanding of the research topic. This study basically deals with identification evaluation of factors affecting Building information modeling maturity (BIMM) and how those factors correlate and influence BIMM. Through an extensive literature review, 27 influencing factors were identified. These factors were formed into a questionnaire for the data collection from various stakeholders through offline as well as online mode. Subsequently, a pilot study was conducted to validate a questionnaire, which was then administered to 88 respondents in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, using a 5-point Likert scale. The data obtained was analysed using correlation, Ranking Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis. The chapters include a detailed literature review, research methodology, data collection, data analysis, validation and discussion of findings, conclusions; and also proposed future work with implications and recommendations for the industry.
