Abstract: The experimental investigation consisted or casting concrete with 3 dosages of flyash i.e. 10%, 20% and 30%. Non-¬destructive testing was carried out followed by destructive testing. The pattern of the results obtained from the destructive testing matches closely with that of Non-destructive testing. Dosages like 10% and 20% gave very encouraging results, similar with that of Controlled concrete. Concrete with 30% flyash exhibited low gain of strength as compared to other concretes. With good quality of flvash obtained, now a days, has improved a lot. it is felt that upto 20% flyash can easily be used as cement replacement, thus saving precious cement and on the other hand, making concrete more durable.
