dc.description.abstractThis work is about how the authentication of the biometric device like fingerprint reader can be done. Biometric devices are used to take the unique human characteristic for authentication process. In this paper we will see the technique that how the finger print image with be matched with the existing one. The main thing is that we have to make the comparison of the finger print with the existing one in very fast time. There are several methods are used to match the finger print with the existing one. But the simple way to match the image will be the binary matching. We can make the comparison of the binary file to perform the authentication process.en_US
