This case deals with the growth and rising of 'Azure', which started as a 3 PC information technology (IT) training school and grew into a business process outsourcing (BPO) and then a knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) having 1,600 employees operating in 3 varied domains in a span of 16 years. It also discusses how Dushyant (CEO) and Jay (COO) were able to achieve phenomenal growth, the challenges faced by them and the measures taken by them to overcome those challenges. The case throws light on how 'Azure' has grown up the value chain; providing end-to-end services and having an impressive list of both national and international clients. It tells how because of the efforts of Dushyant and Jay, a call centre became a KPO.en_US
