Zinc Oxide in the nanometer size regime has been synthesized using different chemical routes and varying the molarity of precursor and reducing agent. X-ray Diffraction was carried out to study the structural characterization of the synthesized nanoparticles. The ZnO nanocrystals of sizes varying from 8 to 24 nm were obtained.en_US
