Abstract: This paper deals with design and optimization of “Low Noise Operational Transconductance Amplifier”. First, the design of Telescopic OTA, which works for frequencies that lead to a base band circuit design for RF application, is based on transistor sizing methodology. Simulation results are performed using SPICE software and BSIM3V3 (Level 49 Parameter) model for CMOS 0.35ìm process, shows that the designed Telescopic OTA has a 76dB DC Gain,GBW provides a gain bandwidth product of around 230MHz and Output Noise Spectral Density is 1.6m V/Hz
