We have carried out Screening of Bacillus halodurans to check the production of protease and lipase. Ammonium sulfate precipitation and dialysis was done to obtain crude protease and lipase sample. Then, characterization of crude dialyzed sample of protease and lipase was done by observing effect of pH and temperature on the activity of crude protease sample. Maximum activity was observed at pH 9, 60˚C for crude protease and for crude lipase maximum activity was observed at 40˚C.en_US
