dc.description.abstractThe project deals with di erent FE views of IO cells i.e. views related to the Timings/Modeling of the Cell. Basically a particular representation of a cell is referred to as a view. Our Team works in characterization and modeling of libraries of IO cells i.e. generating characterization data such as propagation delays, transition time, leakage power, internal power, etc. by varying process, voltage, temperature, input pin slope and output pin capacitance (PVT).The data thus generated is used in generating datasheets and user manuals which are supplied to the end user, along with various other front end models.en_US
