dc.description.abstractFixture has direct impact upon welding quality, productivity and cost. Fixture used in welding process for holding di erent part that has to weld, so the part can be properly weld. Other purpose of xturing is to reduce the distortion that is gener- ated during cooling of weld. This project is focused on designing a xture or xture less design for manufacturing a hopper by which we can reduce the man power in- cluded in the process and also the energy and material used in the manufacturing of the hopper. The other aim of this project is to reduce the time required to manufac- ture a hopper. Analysis part contain following steps- A. Creating model B. Apply boundary condition C. Apply loading D. Generate mesh using proper element E. Assigning material properties. F. And evaluating solution.en_US
