Abstract: | The main objective of this project is to maintain the attendance for the employees using RFID Technology and to perform the leave requisition forms, electronically. Each and every employee has their unique RFID tag for identi cation. As once the employee scratch his/her tag their unique id is to be detected by RFID reader and send to the server. The server uses this information for daily attendance. Every employee had their tag id cum smart card to enter and exit the organization, using this we can calculate their extra or late hours by comparing their shift timings. All users have user-id and password for application. Using the user-id and password the employee can login in web based application. The users or employees from anywhere can access the intranet and request their leave. This saves time and improves the e ciency of employees in the concern, IT Services. Only administrator can view or delete the requisition details, which are entered by the employees and employee will be noti ed by the mail for approval or rejection of request. This attendance report can further be used by payroll department for calculating salary of the employee. |
