Abstract: | ystem are subjected to low frequency disturbances which cause loss of synchronism and an eventual breakdown the entire system. Power system stabilizer(PSS) are use to generate supplementary control signals for the excitation system in order to damp out low frequency power system oscillations. But due to used of lead-lag compensation in Power system stabilizer gives poor performance under different operating conditions. To over come these Fuzzy logic technique have been proposed optimum damping to system oscillation under wide variation condition and reduce computational time in design process. The Multi-machine Power System model has been taken. |
