Design Checks in Front-End Environment [Analysis, Development & Automation]

Abstract

The project is divided into two main parts (1).Development (2).Validation. In the development part, Development of automation tool for hand-o checks, the procedures to be done while performing front-end checks on design. Also development of an environment for preparing constraints for easy operation of place and route tool. In Validation part, validation of front-end activity tool is done, in which various front-end checks are performed on the design for which di erent tools are used and thus tool operation is validated. In addition the report explains basic theories/technology, of VLSI, related to the project.
