Two parallel tasks have to be carried out under common project of automation of memory cell generators. Process of product making is the process of generating a product out of the given configuration. The source codes are run into the local environment to generate the product. Cut generation is used to test the product on different configurations and in different simulated environments. It gives a general idea about how the product will perform in different environments under different situation. It is very useful simulation of future product before starting their fabrication. Back End Compiler is a subsystem of Webgen Memory Generator. To generate memory cut as per technology and customer specification. BE Compiler is responsible to generate cut layout and cut net list as per specification, using basic cell. All the technological, architectural and other information are encoded in BE Compiler. It means every Webgen Configuration have different BE Compiler, although all have a lot of common piece of code. To reduce BE Compiler development time, universal BE (uniBE) is come into picture. UniBE is a compiler with following expectation: • Support multiple technologies • Support multiple architectures • Support multiple abstracts • Support user (memory designer) textual inputs. • Follow guidelines of Compiler Standardizations. •Support inputs deviation from Compiler Standardizations. • Support Feature list, to ease user selection criteria.en_US
