Bluetooth profiles support on Bluetooth stack is essential part in latest technology of smart devices. All bluetooth profiles contain digital Interface command set to be applied and it realizes simple implementation and easy interoperability. It adopts the device model and command format for control messages, and those are transported different protocols. All bluetooth communication happens from the Baseband, LMP, and L2CAP are the OSI layer 1 and 2 Bluetooth protocols. Bluetooth profiles define the procedures and messages to be exchanged for controlling the supported devices. In legacy Android versions Google only supports limited bluetooth profiles in smart devices. This version only supports basic remote control commands. From Android version 4.3 it supports BlueDroid stack. That includes many new profiles support. Implementing and enhancing Bluetooth stack for latest technology embedded system products like wearable devices (e.g watch, goggles, belt, socks etc.) and embedded devices (e.g. coffee maker, car-kits, smart phones). Especially, the AOSP contribution for BlueDroid stack by Broadcom is the main definitive area where we provide software solutions. Here, we have enhanced the BlueDroid stack by implementing many bluetooth profiles and latest versions of legacy profiles. This will let the bluetooth technology and products connected car technology and wearable devices to the next level.en_US
