Creation of Customizable Reports using MSBI Tools for Optimal Decision Making

Abstract

Any organization's growth and success depends on efficient internal process and effective and meaningful decisions. Every organization collects huge amount of data from many different divisions which collectively become massive storage. Collecting and analyzing huge quantities of data can be a slow and tedious process. Any decision depends on availability of data in the right form at the right time. The main objective of this project work is to analyze and create BI dashboard reports for efficient decision making in a chip making manufacturing organization. This project work is focused on understanding company's projects work flow, process and current status and to provide correct view of required data to project analyst by business intelligence dashboard reports.
