Memory has different types of views such as Timing views, Models views, Layout views, Schematic views. The cluster of all this views is used to generate the memory cell. Back End Compiler is a subsystem of Web based memory Generator, to generate memory cut as per technology and customer specification. BE Compiler is responsible to generate cut layout and cut net list as per specification, using basic cell. All the technological, architectural and other information are encoded in BE Compiler. The GDS file contains the layout information and CDL file contains the schematic information. It means every Web based memory generator configurations have different BE compiler, although all have a lot of common piece of code. To reduce BE Compiler development time, universal BE (uniBE) is come into a picture. UniBE is a compiler with following features: Support multiple technologies. Support multiple architecture Support multiple abstracts Support user (memory designer) textual inputs Follow guidelines of Compiler Standardizations. Support inputs deviation from Compiler Standardizations . Support Feature list, to ease user selection criteria.en_US
