Abstract: In this thesis I covered two different approaches, In First approach I covered real time controller and second approach I covered Designing software for Oculogica neuro-diagnostic medical device. The real time traffic controller for urban road networks and transportation. The various traffic controller have been developed and implemented to increase the network traffic management efficiency. The purpose of this thesis is to enhance the advance transportation controller design to improve its computing ability for real time network signal control in large-scale urban and highway traffic networks, which aims at maximum operation speed and provide reliable control. The Advanced Transportation Controller standard are developed and maintained by ATC Joint Committee (JC). This standard defined field control device is known as Advance Transportation Controller. In this thesis we are going to show the implementation of ATC hardware and software which supports all Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) applications. Secondly, I covered Oculogica functional software. Oculogica system are analyze brain function from abnormal eye movements. This system based on EyeBox technology which are ability to detect eye movements patterns. Oculogica system developed on QNX neutrino RTOS
