Available Transfer Capability (ATC) calculation is a trivial task, which includes determining the Total Transfer Capability (TTC) and Transmission Reliability Margin (TRM). The amount reserved for the total transfer capability required to confirm that the transmission system connected is safe in a reasonable range of uncertainty. With modern trends close to the deregulation of the supply system worldwide, the calculation of transfer capability of the new issues as key to easily run the electricity market with more transactions. For proper operation of the system under multiple transactions, the calculation of the ATC must be substantially accurate and fast enough. ATC is an important key that represents the ability of streaming on a network of system strength and for other commercial transactions. TTC as a key element in defining the ATC is not deterministic due to the random behavior of transmission failures. ATC transmission network is an amount of unused system to a specific period depends on distribution system such as generation, load, and power transfers between areas, the network topology, the thermal limit, voltage limit and the limit of stability. In this context of deregulation, the networks of power systems should be checked to confirm a competitive, open and reliable economy, which depend on the performance of different evaluation functions of transmission. This project is to focus on the estimation of the ATC on the basis of the information available in the system using software tools/proper codes.en_US
