The proposal is to define a systematic approach to achieve optimization and efficiency improvement by considering overall manual generation. The aim is to automate the documentation process for generating user manual of Standard Cells. This can be automated by using different s/w tools, which can reduce the manual efforts, reduce the cycle time and increase accuracy. This automation includes objective assessment of different technology documents. Implementation of algorithms to automate different features for the document automation. This automation is for doc- ument processing and for all types of SC documents. Test content optimization for the manual generation so as to achieve better quality end products. Before developing, it would be wise to first explore its use within developing environ- ment to ensure that it is suitable for software developing needs. Documentation process is the last step before delivering any product, so it should be quick and accurate. User manual automation tool is generated focusing on these requirements.en_US
