dc.description.abstractThe idea behind an automated data governence system is to aid the managers to man- age the resources (peoples, hardwares, softwares) to see the data at team level along with year such that then can manage resorces acording to the pending work and also plan for the future work.it helps them to analyse data in the form of graphs that becomes easy for them for such large amount of data.This way the organization can leverage the best out of the people and help develop a skill centric resource pool, manages the resources, schedule the projects on bases of requirements. Automation for organizations tedious manual work like comparing full data year wise, team wise, Logging time efort, database administra- tion task are initial need in any organization.By mplementing automation tool, visibility of resources, time eort for dierent projects by dierent teams within an organization be- come clearer and management of the same becomes an easier. By using this automation tool tedious manual eorts and time can be reduced.Also it provides a single consolidated platform to various teams manager, supervisor to track their teams resources, their skills, time eort for projects etc.en_US
