dc.description.abstractThe project schedule is of great importance in an organization. Schedule usually states what work needs to be performed, which assets of the organization will perform the task and the duration allotments in which that task should be completed. The undertaking schedule calendar ought to re ect the most part of the work connected with completing the project or task on time. if a full and proper Finish plan is not available , the project manager will be not able to impart the complete exertion, as far as budgets and deliverables are concern. Thus an organization needs a tool which can automate the task of scheduling. This tool should only be able to assist in generation of the schedule but also assist in keeping track of the project or task.en_US
