Graphics Issue Tracking, Automation and Performance Enhancer Tool (Gfx-ITAPE)

Abstract

Graphics Issue Tracking, Automation and Performance Enhancer tool (Gfx - ITAPE) is a web based tool designed to integrate and semi-automate various activities involved in graphics issue tracking and support. Whenever OEM/ODM file any graphics related issue it is pulled into our internal database. This issue has to move through various states before it gets closed. To keep track of these issues on the basis of their states is a time consuming process for the CE. The CE also has to keep records of free REs. All this is achieved by keeping track of Emails. This becomes highly time consuming for the CE; reducing their efficiency. To improve the performance of the CE, Gfx-ITAPE has been developed; the various modules in the tool will help the CE in reducing the time needed eminently.
