dc.description.abstractWe live in the information age. Data is increasing in all dimensions velocity, variety and volume. Storing and analysing big data continues to be a topic for further research. Current topic deals with the efficient management of data of contingent workforce. Since multiple databases are maintained, it becomes very cumbersome to consolidate data for meaningful interpretation. The purpose of the project is to eliminate this problem of data integration and duplication by providing a one-stop solution with the help of data mining techniques and latest technologies.en_US
