dc.description.abstract | We live in the information age. Data is increasing in all dimensions velocity, variety and volume. Storing and analysing big data continues to be a topic for further research. Current topic deals with the efficient management of data of contingent workforce. Since multiple databases are maintained, it becomes very cumbersome to consolidate data for meaningful interpretation.
