Abstract: | The project contains Architecture of Set-top box base on implementation and their features by which we can easily identify work of a set-top box. Main thing in this project is thread handling of OMX player use for synchronize audio and video. Here we describe Architecture of player and some more features. Codec[1] is form of hard- ware and software which is capable of decoding or encoding a digital signal or stream. To run this player we need to build the different environments. Building environment means take updated code from central repository. We also need to connect the differ- ent hardware, such as Target Board, STMC, TV to ready hardware setup. Then we need to boot, up to board and need to run video for performance testing. We can use MATB for the automation testing of the streaming test cases defined for the video. We assume that if all test cases are passed, then there is no error in the video. |
