In today's existence the advancement is growing quick and there are a tremendous amount of data related to different kind of , it gets the chance to be troublesome for an organisation to keep up all the data required by an organisation in a sorted out manner which can provoke the recognizing verification of the right resource for the right occupation.So there should be a centralised system to maintain that data and record that modification which changes with the times.So,The idea is to make an automated process of Record Management to help the decision makers to manage the work- ow notification regarding the changes made in the library at their ability level and help the team to add their efforts in changing them to the undertaking demands. Automation of reporting,recording and reviewing those requirement helps to make analyzing faster and smoother.It helps decision makers in decision taking for value improvement.
