Abstract

In Today's World each organization deals with large amount of information of different teams and departments within organization.It is very diffecult and tedious to maintain such large amount of Data manually.That's why Each organization need automation tools which maintain large amount of data in efficient way and provide information in a sorted way whenever required which makes analysing and decision making easy. Reporting World and PVT Conversion are automated tool which consolidate records of different teams and department in a single working space.It provides user interface built in Mi- crosoft Excel which extract records,generate graphs and reports as per user input.Data Extraction and Report Generation is based on the organization hierarchy levels. The basic objective of the report is the description of detailed working of automated tools with important objective of handling the task and also to maintain and show the roles and responsibilities of all people under the organization.
