Abstract: | Education without visualizations sometimes may lead to misconceptions. The Ed- ucation toolkit is developed to add visualizations in education system for better understanding. This toolkit will be very helpful for teachers to teach the students as well as for students to learn with fun. In this project efforts are made to increase memory and imagination power of stu- dents by using multimedia objects like 3D models, Images and Sound. These multi- media objects will be superimposed on the user's view of real world to augment the realities of educational topics with the help of markers. This dissertation explores the usabilities of Augmented Reality technology. Education toolkit contains various AR applications. Some of them like Count- 123, Easy-ABC, Calculator and Solar System applications helps the primary school students to learn numbers and alphabets, to study basic mathematical calculations and to understand our solar system, respectively. Whereas Interior Decorator and Medical Science applications are very helpful for architect engineering and medical students. |
