dc.description.abstractPouchar machine mainly used in packaging of products like chocolate, semi-liquid product or liquid product. A Poucher machine can also produce pouches of grain (wheat, rice, dal etc.) products, semi-liquid product. the design modifications can also improve capacity of machine. Existing machine has many components made of Aluminium alloy material which leads to high structure cost. Here, suitablity of mild steel has been checked to reduce cost of structure. For that finite element analysis is performed on various cross section made from both materials. Finally hollow cross section with 35 X 35 mm with thickness 4 mm with mild steel material is suggested.en_US
