Abstract: As we look back in history we only find struggle, war and date written along it. But as we go into details then we come to know that whoever used better equipment and tactics could win the battle. Global terrorism and guerrilla war used by Naxalites are important issues. Buried and hidden mine are a key weapon used by them. Vehicle is paralyzed by a mine blast but we care more about soldier’s life than a vehicle. So our main concern is to minimize injuries and global acceleration effect on them. V-hull, Ground clearance, Blast deflector, Width of axel, vehicle weight are main design parameter for Anti-Mine Vehicle. In the past, vehicle design was such that body plates could withstand blast. But now terrorist are using Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) so global acceleration, velocity, and jump height are also important. So impulse and momentum transfer to vehicle should be reduced. So here we have modified V-hull by inserting shock tube into it so shock and sand are channelized. Modified V-hull’s results are compared with flat plate and v-hull results.
