Abstract: Emulsion concentrates of various roll on and lotions had to be developed to check the feasibility and stability after and before dilution of the product using different stability protocols. Thus many concentrates were prepared using different concentrations of water. All these changes were done so that the efficacy of products remains same as the original. In this study roll on with 10% water content showed higher efficacy while lotions with 15% water content showed higher efficacy and stability as compared to other batches. Further, rapid sensory profiling of lotion concentrate was also evaluated. After 1 of month the stability of 10% water content concentrate of roll 1, 2 and 4 scale up trail was carried out and it matched the specifications of roll on.
