Abstract: As discussed early in introductory part that sound is one of the modes of the communication, music belong to the category of sound so different type of music are also present in different forms which are implied to our emotions, apart from all this we have also concluded that microorganisms also respond to sound, which create an stressful environment in microbial culture and because of this stress the microbial species they communicate to each other via Quorum sensing i.e. passing on the signals to other microorganism in stressful environment. Microorganisms get linked together to form a group and also increase in productionof other industrial products like production of exopolysaccaharides, alcohol, degradative enzymes, (Priyanka Joshi., et al 2010) So from above experiment it is concluded that 1000 Hz mono frequency sound is very much effective in alcohol production capacity of the microorganisms, but the population of the organisms has not shown much effect on the growth in this frequency. 300 Hz has shown less effect in alcohol production in capacity microorganisms but the growth of the organism has been enhanced. In X.campestris 300 Hz has shown negative effect in the increment of the growth and positive effect and enhancement in the EPS production.
