Abstract: The detail study about vibration analysis is required for any vehicle. It is specially required for heavy commercial vehicle like trucks, tipper, bus etc. This dissertation shows detail study about vibration analysis of heavy commercial vehicle (trucks) including its cabin (body parts, door, windows, and bumper), suspension system (leaf spring, shackle, and shock absorber), and Frame Here Problems due to vibration are analyzed and solution is suggested. With the help of Hypermash software study about vibration of leaf spring, frame, cabin is done. This Dissertation report includes total 5 chapters comprises Introduction, Literature survey, Experimental Setup and Modeling, its results and discussion about results. at last conclusion and future scope are discussed which summarizes all the contents.
