Data Risk Integration with Third Party Platform

Abstract

A common issue faced by many organizations is gathering information from disparate and multiple sources which includes databases, file systems, digital libraries and e-mail systems. This becomes a challenge while integrating data as it is not just residing at different sources but is also in different formats(.pdf,.xls etc.) which then needs to be transformed into a uni ed format and then integrated to a third party platform such as Relativity, Microsoft Dynamics, Sharepoint etc.

There also lies the risk of loosing important information in the process of ETL. This report provides with an overview of the project and describes the tools and components that extracts information from different data formats using various strategies and then transforms it into a common format that can be integrated into third party platform with risk management.
