Importance of Cleaning-Sanitization and Continuos Improvement Process in Skin Care

Abstract

Cleaning means the process of removing product residue and contaminants such as dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces. Cleaning is an essential step that needs to be performed before the performance of a sanitization procedure. Sanitization is Reduce viable microbial contaminants which 99.9% reduction of pathogenic or unacceptable microorganisms, Reduce other microorganisms to a minimal acceptable level and Removal of possibilities of spore formation. the aim of this project is to develop a new cleaning and sanitization process on mixer. the product which are formulated on these mixer are lotion, crème, surfactant base product etc. the old process consumed more water quantity, chemical quantity, time, so there was need for new cleaning and sanitization process improvisation to reduce the quantity of water, chemical and time which in there reduce the cost of the process for optimization and validated this process various trials were taken on different product mixer to check whether the process so formulated is applicable on all the products which are manufacture in plant. These trials were subjected to various evaluation parameters like; physical analysis, chemical analysis and microbial analysis.
