This report describes how colour composite technique help in visualization of meteo- rological events in meteorological satellite images. There are many techniques have been developed and evolved from the beginning of the existence of satellite data till today for colour composition of meteorological satellite image products. These techniques produces new products which help in reveal many features of meteorological interest. colour composite technique like 'blended image' refers to merging the features of two images to a single image for better visualization of meteorological satellite data products. This report presents an approach for product of satellite image entitled as 'blended product' which is combination of two images by using a method called 'alpha blending'. It also describes methodology for temporal composition which is composition of data taken at different times in a day. Snow composition is done using satellite INSAT-3D/3DR and NOAA's snow products to get the more accurate and efficient result for the daily snow cover. This report also describes methodology for RGB Compositions which is composition of red, green and blue band representing different band values. Using RGB composition we have developed RGB Day and Night Microphysics which can reveal different properties of cloud in day time and night time respectively. This report also gives methodology for Forecast of contrails (Condensation trails) from aircrafts with different engine efficiency. This report also gives methodology for generating images for satellite INSAT-3D/3DR Imager products and generating CF-Compliant HDF files for other visualization of meteorological products.en_US
