Abstract: | Conclusion In this study, we successfully identified the Sar1a GTPase from E. histolytica genome database. The identified putative 573-bp of Sar1a GTPase sequence (EHI_031410A) was efficiently cloned into a pEhex-HA amoebic expression vector. The sequence identity and fidelity of cloned Sar1a GTPase (573-bp) was confirmed by automated Sanger sequencing. The confirmed pEhex-HA-Sar1a construct will be further used in sub-cellular localization and functional studies in E. histolytica trophozoite. |
