M stands for Customer Design Review Management tool. Design reviews are one of the key contributions from Intel to its OEMs (Original Equipment Manufac- turer) /ODMs (Original Design Manufacture). Design review helps in identifying issues early in the project (across all products/platforms) which will help Intel cus- tomers meet Time To Market (TTM) without any last minute surprises. Whole process was carried out via emails and the aim of this project is to automate this process and store all data in a centralized location for later use. Goal of CDRM is to automate the manual process of CDRM. CDRM reduces the bandwidth of coordinator as compared to the previous manual process. CDRM saves time and reduces manual efforts of Coordinator. CDRM simplifies the process by providing an intuitive GUI (Graphic User Interface). GUI is developed such that it separates all the stake-holder making the process easy. CDRM includes login portal for each stakeholder, which includes various features. CDRM sends all the notifications through . CDRM also includes a global review calendar which can be used by any stakeholder to track and monitor the review request. It is developed in ASP.Net 4.5 framework, C# is used as front end scripting language and uses MySQL database to store data. CDRM is deployed successfully on Intel's server and all stakeholders are actively using it. Before the tool was in place the process was maintained by two people on 2 dif- ferent platforms with 50% of their bandwidth now only one person is maintaining the process with 50% of his bandwidth. Thus the tool has reduced the efforts by 2x.en_US
