In 21st century, IoT(Internet of Things) is most emerging and trending field, sim- ilarly IIoT(Industrial Internet of Things) is equivalent emerging field among vari- ous industries. Industries on other hand looks for sustainable development which depends on three pillars of Social, Environmental and Economical factors. Devel- opment of this system will increase the handling efficiency and production rate of packing plants throughout varied cement industry. The first system, Auto Cement Bag Diverter also termed as Variable Distributing Machine (VDM) which will vari- ably distribute number of bags between two conveyors as per the user requirement. Second system, Auto Truck Loading System gets benefit of higher reaction time due to VDM as bags will arrive to it at certain gaps and it will be easy to handle at such fast pace (3000 bags/hr). Due to VDM, roto-packer speed of production can be increase considerably and handling of cement bags will be efficient on Loading system. Auto Cement Bag Diverter is a reactive event based real time system. Cement bags travel towards transport vehicle through a conveyor belt. At present, cement bag diverter mechanism is manual and at a time only one conveyor is in active state. To increase the production rate and efficiency new diverting mechanism is developed which has both manual as well as auto modes. By this advancement, multiple con- veyors are utilized at a time in parallel, resulting an overall increase in efficiency and productivity of the system. The operation can be monitored and controlled from control rooms of the industry.en_US
